Infinity Mountain

Infinity mountain is a platformer with limited control. Each time you are in the air you lose your normal left and right movement. So jump arcs are locked. You do get a hook which you can shoot to snap towards a wall. I know each and every jump is possible but this far no one has finished the game in one go. Non the less people did find the challenge fun.

Infinity mountain is a game I made as a student project. We had to make a prototype where you would focus on game design. This forced me to think of feedback loops for example. In the game there will be a section with lava which was implemented for this reason. I also really wanted to make a mobile game to try something new. The assignment is finished now (I got a 9 for the game!) but I would like to take the game a bit further.

Things that I maybe want to change/add are:

• Updating the temporary sprites .
• Fixing some bugs.
• Maybe add a bit more levels.
•  Maybe some levels with enemies.
•  And lastly I would like to look at some possibility's to make it a little bit less hard to play, and prevent people from throwing their phones.

(Although I probably have other interesting projects, so don't expect much)
